Section titled “Getting Started”This guide covers the minimum steps required to get value from Knode quickly.
Step 1: Confirm your data sources
Section titled “Step 1: Confirm your data sources”Knode can ingest call data and CRM context from supported integrations. Identify the systems you will connect (call recordings, CRM, calendar, messaging, and analytics).
Step 2: Connect integrations
Section titled “Step 2: Connect integrations”Work with your Knode admin to authorize integrations and validate data flow. When the first call data lands, Knode will start generating insights automatically.
Step 3: Configure coaching goals
Section titled “Step 3: Configure coaching goals”Define the behaviors you want to track (for example: discovery depth, next steps, or pricing confidence). Knode uses these goals to tailor analysis and coaching prompts.
Step 4: Invite your team
Section titled “Step 4: Invite your team”Invite managers and sellers, and share the core dashboards. Set expectations on review cadence and how coaching feedback will be delivered.
Step 5: Review insights weekly
Section titled “Step 5: Review insights weekly”Schedule a recurring review to keep feedback loops tight. Knode is most effective when insights are turned into consistent coaching routines.
